These are the guys to call! I needed a whole new roof and was very anxious about not only the cost, but who to trust to do quality work! Fortunately AP Roofing was recommended to me and after a conversation and thorough inspection of the site by Quinton, I felt confident I found the right guys! And I wasn’t wrong! The crew was truly a joy to have around while they were working… they worked well together and looked out for each other’s safety (I have a very steep roof) they were kind, polite, efficient, clean and skilled, and truly enjoyed their work. They showed up early every day and when they left for the day, they secured and cleaned up the whole site.and when the job was finished they absolutely left my yard spotless! The work was excellent, Quinton communicated with me about what he was doing, any problems that arose, and if I had any questions or concerns. I was never left in the dark about anything and there were no surprises when it was time to pay! 😁 I appreciate the care they put into doing my roof… they put me at ease and truly treated me like family!

Quentin and his team worked super hard to get our old roof totally redone. It looks great and his price came under all the other roofers we had come to bid on it. Also I think whoever does the gutters for him is subcontracted but they were super quick and that also came out looking great. Id recommend AP roofing to anybody for roofs and/or gutters without hesitation.

Fair pricing. They did a house roof, two garage roofs, and attic support beams too for us. The also replaced a skylight for us and took out excess chimney parts. AND they had a great gutter person who did very high-quality work very quickly too for us w/ quite clever recommendations no one else had. Excellent communication. He was very thorough explaining the types of shingles, the quality and life expectancies. His bid was “ in the ballpark” of some of the others. I was impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and character. Once I signed him on, Quinten communicated well and worked with my schedule as well. His start date was upheld. He and his crew were prompt, considerate, respectful, and went beyond caring for pick up, clean up and just getting the job done. They worked hard each day. Quinten and his brother even threw in a little extra repair needed for no out of pocket to me. I highly recommend AP Roofing for your roofing needs. You won’t be disappointed! Great job team! Oh…. Quality work with fair pricing. Roof tear off and replacement done in two days. Tear off was quoted at two layers, when Quinten discovered there was actually one layer except around the edge, he reduced his price, saving me $1200.00.

AP Roofing did an excellent job shingling my apartment buildings. Quentin and his crew were on time, and were very professional, the job was not easy and everyone on the crew had a great attitude! AP Roofing replaced the roof on my House (tore off 3 layers and replaced some tongue and groove decking around my chimney) also had my garage done and gutters replaced.Everything from the price,quality of work,cleanup, and great workers, I was very impressed and will recommend them! Getting a good contractor these days is pretty tough - most times getting them to even show up to bid, let alone do the work. These guys are the BEST. Great pricing, craftsmen who attend to details, and didn't leave a mess! This should be your first call.

We received 3 quotes from 3 local companies. We had a really horrible experience from one company just trying to receive a formal quote with them. They never followed through and were horrible with communication. The other company was timely but didn't seem truly interested in our business with them. AP Roofing set themselves apart from the other companies in so many ways. We did a full tear off with installation of the GAF shingles. AP Roofing was on time with our initial appointment. Their consistency along with their follow up was amazing. From the beginning of the job until the end, Quinten was there every step of the way to answer questions and make sure we felt comfortable with everything. He even found a couple of bathroom vents that weren't hooked up during the installation of our roof and did it with no hesitation or adding any cost to us which was so appreciated. Their work speaks for itself. Our roof looks phenomenal, and I would suggest them to anyone looking for a local company that is run by trustworthy and reliable people. 10/10 would choose them again.

Quentin and his team did a fantastic job fixing my roof. There was a small leak in the front corner of my home that's brought some water into the drywall of my home after rain. I consulted 3 other roofing companies in Spokane and all of them told me I had to replace the entire roof and they were providing really expensive quotes if I didn't want to replace the entire roof. I needed a fix sooner than later since I had tenants moving in. Quentin came to inspect and his team got it fixed quickly within a short notice. Quentin found the real root cause and suggested a more targeted and affordable fix. He also mentioned that fixing the whole roof is a good idea in another 1-2 years. I really appreciate his honesty, if there is a smaller affordable fix he will find it and if your home really needs a full roof I would trust his judgement and integrity. Overall highly recommend AP Roofing Company for anyone who needs help on their roof!
